1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sensor Car Game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. The game

Sensor Car Game is an entertainment game for Android. It may include tilt/sensor controls, touch controls, local game progress, missions, achievements, statistics, unlockable content, Google Play Games features, and advertising.

Features may change, be added, removed, or adjusted in future versions.

3. License to use the app

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4. Fair use and prohibited conduct

5. Advertising

The game may display advertising through third-party providers such as Google AdMob. Some ads may be optional and may provide an in-game benefit when voluntarily viewed; other ads may appear at appropriate transitions in the game.

Advertising availability, personalization, and content may vary based on region, consent choices, connectivity, device settings, and the advertising provider.

6. Google Play Games and third-party services

Optional features such as leaderboards and achievements may depend on Google Play Games or other Google services. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, availability, and account requirements.

We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, feature changes, or service discontinuation caused by third-party providers.

7. Virtual items and progress

The game may include virtual coins, cars, unlocks, achievements, missions, scores, or other progress. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these items have no real-world monetary value and do not represent ownership of real currency or property.

Game balancing, progression requirements, rewards, and virtual-item availability may change as the game is updated.

We do not guarantee that the game will operate without interruption on every Android device, operating-system version, network, or hardware configuration.

Because the game can use device motion or tilt controls, hold your device securely and remain aware of your surroundings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the game, third-party services, loss of local progress, service interruptions, or device incompatibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Termination

You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. Access to connected features may be limited if the game or third-party services are misused or if continued access would violate applicable law or platform rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service when the game, services, business practices, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
