Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026 · Last updated: October 5, 2026

Summary: Gravity Blocks does not require an account and does not operate its own analytics or cloud-save system. Core game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent, and it can access a public ESA app catalog when you open “Apps & Games by ESA.”

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application Gravity Blocks, published under the ESA brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). For privacy questions, contact forumforfacebook@gmail.com.

2. Information stored by the app

Gravity Blocks stores certain game information locally on your device so the game can remember your progress and preferences. This can include:

  • completed levels and best move counts;
  • star ratings derived from your best move counts;
  • levels you chose to skip using an optional rewarded ad;
  • the last played level;
  • control settings such as tilt or swipe and sensitivity preferences;
  • sound and haptic preferences; and
  • help/tutorial discovery state.

This information is stored locally using Android app storage. We do not operate a user account system or our own cloud-save service for this data.

3. Advertising and consent

Gravity Blocks uses Google Mobile Ads to display occasional interstitial ads at natural breaks between levels and optional rewarded ads that a user can choose to watch to skip a progression level. The app also uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage advertising consent where required.

Depending on your region, device, consent choices, and Google’s own services, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent signals. This processing is performed by Google and its partners under their own policies and settings.

Learn more at Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.

4. Rewarded ads and skipped levels

Watching a rewarded ad to skip a level is optional. A level is marked as skipped only after the advertising SDK reports that the reward was earned. Skipping a level does not mark that puzzle as solved and does not award stars or a best-move record. You can return later and solve it normally.

5. Apps & Games by ESA

When you open the in-app “Apps & Games by ESA” page, the app may request a public catalog and app icons from esapub.com. Standard network metadata, such as your IP address, may be visible to the web server or hosting provider as part of a normal internet request. We do not use this catalog request to create a user account or in-app behavioral profile.

If you choose an app from that catalog, Gravity Blocks may open Google Play or a Google Play web page for the selected app.

6. Information we do not ask you to provide

Gravity Blocks does not require you to create an account or submit your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location to play the game.

The app does not use its own analytics service, social login, cloud profile, or direct messaging system.

7. Permissions

The app may use standard Android permissions needed for its features and integrated services, such as internet/network access and vibration. Google Mobile Ads and related Google libraries may also contribute permissions required by their SDKs, including advertising-related permissions where applicable.

Gravity Blocks does not require camera, microphone, contacts, phone, or storage permissions for its core gameplay.

8. Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is reset, cleared through Android app settings, or removed when the app is uninstalled. The in-app Reset Game Progress function clears game progress such as completed/skipped levels and best-move records, but it may intentionally leave unrelated preferences such as control, sound, haptic, and help settings unchanged.

Advertising or consent-related information handled by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and your applicable Google/device privacy settings. We do not control Google’s independent retention periods.

9. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly ask users, including children, to submit personal information directly to us through Gravity Blocks. Advertising and consent behavior may vary according to applicable law, region, platform settings, and Google’s requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe personal information has been provided directly to us, contact forumforfacebook@gmail.com.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to keep the app’s own local data and network interactions limited to what the app needs. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party services

Gravity Blocks may interact with third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play, and web hosting used for the ESA public app catalog. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, advertising configuration, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
