1. The service
Gravity Blocks is a puzzle game in which players solve gravity-based levels using supported controls such as tilt or swipe. The app may include advertising, optional rewarded ads, local progress tracking, and an “Apps & Games by ESA” catalog.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Gravity Blocks for personal, lawful use on compatible devices.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
3. Game progress and stars
Game progress, best move counts, skipped-level state, settings, and related information may be stored locally on your device. We do not guarantee that local data can be recovered after uninstalling the app, clearing app storage, changing devices, corruption, or other data loss.
Star ratings are part of the game experience. A three-star result represents a solution that matches the app’s stored optimal move count for that level. We may correct technical errors if level metadata or scoring logic is found to be incorrect.
4. Optional rewarded ads and level skipping
Gravity Blocks may offer an optional rewarded ad that allows you to skip the current progression level. The reward is granted only when the advertising SDK reports that the ad reward was earned.
A skipped level is not treated as solved, does not receive stars, and does not receive a best-move record. It can be replayed and solved later.
Rewarded ads may not always be available. Lack of ad availability does not entitle a user to an automatic skip or alternative reward.
5. Interstitial advertising
The free version of Gravity Blocks may display occasional interstitial advertisements at natural breaks in the game, such as after a level completion transition. Ads are not intended to interrupt active puzzle solving.
Advertising availability, frequency, format, and content can depend on network access, consent status, region, Google’s systems, and other technical factors.
6. Third-party services
The app may use or open third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play, and websites used for the ESA app catalog. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Apps & Games by ESA
The “Apps & Games by ESA” section is provided for discovery of other ESA applications and games. Information in that catalog may be loaded from a remote source and may change over time. Selecting an item may open Google Play or another approved Google Play destination.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the app or services it relies on;
- use automated systems to abuse advertising, rewarded-ad, or catalog functionality;
- misrepresent the app, its content, or your relationship with ESA; or
- circumvent technical protections in a way prohibited by applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
Gravity Blocks, including its software, game design, graphics, audio, text, branding, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility, policy compliance, technical changes, or product development. We do not guarantee that every feature, advertisement, third-party service, or network-dependent function will always be available.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gravity Blocks is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, permanent data retention, or continuous availability of third-party services.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESA and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Gravity Blocks, including loss of locally stored game progress.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, legal requirements, or third-party integrations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
