1. Use of the App

The App is provided as a screen recording and media utility. You may use it only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, third-party rights, and these Terms.

2. Your responsibility for recordings

You are responsible for what you record, save, edit, compress, share, publish, or otherwise distribute using the App.

You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to record or share content, including:

• Other people's voices, images, or conversations.
• Copyrighted videos, music, games, broadcasts, or other protected material.
• Private or confidential information shown on your screen.
• Content from other apps or services whose terms may restrict recording or redistribution.

Laws regarding consent to record audio, video, calls, meetings, or conversations vary by location. It is your responsibility to comply with the rules that apply to you.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
• Record or distribute content unlawfully or without required consent.
• Harass, exploit, deceive, threaten, or harm others.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, damage, or abuse the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use the App in a way that disrupts services, devices, or networks.

4. Device permissions and system limitations

The App depends on Android system capabilities such as screen capture, camera, microphone, notifications, media storage, hardware encoders, and device-specific behavior. Some features may not be available or may behave differently on certain devices, Android versions, manufacturers, or system configurations.

5. Recording quality and file integrity

Recording quality, frame rate, audio behavior, file size, encoding performance, and maximum practical recording duration depend on your device hardware, Android version, available storage, thermal conditions, running apps, and selected settings.

You are responsible for checking important recordings before relying on, publishing, or deleting source material.

6. Advertising

The App may display advertising, including banner, rewarded, and occasional interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional and are shown only after you choose the relevant offer.

Advertising availability may depend on internet access, region, consent status, third-party ad inventory, and other factors outside our control.

7. Third-party services

The App may integrate third-party services such as Google AdMob and Android system services. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its original software, design elements, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ESA Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you. You retain rights you already have in content you lawfully create or record.

9. Updates and changes

We may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features of the App from time to time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or app, preservation of every recording, specific advertising availability, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESA Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, recordings, revenue, profits, or opportunities arising from or related to use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the App or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

13. Governing principles

These Terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region are not waived by these Terms.
