These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shopping List mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Shopping List is a utility application designed to help users create and manage shopping lists, including multiple lists, product entry, purchased-item tracking, product history, autocomplete suggestions, deletion and Undo functionality, and shopping progress information.
Shopping list information is primarily stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for any backups you consider necessary. We cannot guarantee that data will never be lost due to device failure, operating system issues, user actions, backup problems, software defects, or other circumstances outside our control.
The App does not require a Shopping List account. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and information stored on it.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob. Advertising availability, content, personalization, and frequency may vary based on region, consent choices, device settings, and third-party systems.
We aim to keep Shopping List reliable and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Core shopping-list functionality is designed to work offline.
The App may integrate Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.
We may release updates to improve performance, fix bugs, add or modify features, maintain Android compatibility, or address security and legal requirements.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, recovery of locally stored data, or that product-history suggestions will always match your intended product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of locally stored data caused by device problems, system failures, user actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The App, including its software, design, graphics, branding, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
These Terms apply subject to mandatory consumer rights and other laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
