Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Stop the Cat (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to use the App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

- use the App for unlawful purposes;

- use automated or abusive methods to manipulate leaderboards or service results;
- reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- impersonate another person or misuse third-party services connected to the App.
3. Game features
The App may include Classic play, Daily Challenges, hints, undo functionality, statistics, leaderboards, and other gameplay features. Features may be modified, added, or removed over time.
4. Advertising
The App may contain advertisements, including optional rewarded ads. Reward availability, ad availability, and ad content may vary by device, region, network conditions, and third-party providers.
5. Google Play Games and leaderboards
Some features may depend on Google Play Games Services. Your use of those services may also be subject to Google’s terms. We may reject, remove, or disregard leaderboard activity where necessary to address abuse, technical errors, or manipulation.
6. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Games, and external network resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, or content.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, artwork, interface, game design elements, text, branding, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or operating system version.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of the App.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the App after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
